Fanoos Apply

Terms of Use

Last updated: August 20, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fanoos Apply website, hub, and services (together, the "Service"), operated by Fanoos Apply ("Fanoos", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service We Provide

Fanoos is a study-abroad platform for students applying to universities and programs abroad. Through our website and the Opportunities Hub, we offer: paid consulting services (academic consulting sessions, document writing, mock interviews, mentorship, and full application support for master's and PhD applicants); and self-serve hub tools, including a personalized roadmap and guides, an AI advisor (Fanoos AI), scholarship and open-position listings, a professor/supervisor directory, saved items, and application task tracking. Availability of specific tools or listings may vary and may change over time.

Accounts & Eligibility

You must create an account with accurate information to use most of the Service, and you're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to create an account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Paid Services, Fees & Payment

Some services — such as consulting sessions and full application support packages — require payment. Pricing is shared with you before you book or commit to a paid service, and payment arrangements (method, timing, invoicing) are confirmed separately with our team. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable once the corresponding session or service has been delivered, except where we agree otherwise in writing or where required by applicable law.

No Guarantee of Admission or Outcome

Our consulting, mentorship, document-writing, and full-apply services are designed to strengthen your application and guide your process — they do not guarantee admission, a scholarship, funding, or a visa outcome. Final decisions rest entirely with universities, funding bodies, and government authorities, and are outside our control.

Fanoos AI & Informational Content

Fanoos AI is an AI-based advisor intended to help you navigate your study-abroad journey. Like any AI system, its responses may be incomplete, outdated, or contain mistakes, and should not be treated as professional, legal, or immigration advice. Scholarship, position, professor, and university information shown in the hub may be sourced in part from third parties (such as university or research databases) and may not always be complete, accurate, or current. Always verify important details — deadlines, eligibility, and requirements in particular — directly with the official/primary source before relying on them.

Your Content

You may submit information and files to us — such as your academic background, documents (CV, statement of purpose, recommendation letters, transcripts), messages, and profile details — to receive our services ("Your Content"). You retain ownership of Your Content. You grant us a license to use it solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service, including for the specific consulting or application support you've requested. You're responsible for making sure Your Content is accurate and that you have the right to share it with us.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: provide false or misleading information; use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to infringe others' rights; attempt to access accounts, data, or systems without authorization; scrape, copy, or reuse hub content (such as scholarship, position, or professor listings) at scale for a competing or commercial purpose; or interfere with or disrupt the Service's normal operation. We may investigate and take action, including suspending or terminating access, in response to violations.

Intellectual Property

The Service — including its design, text, graphics, roadmap guides, blog content, and underlying software — is owned by Fanoos or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. Except for what's necessary to use the Service for its intended purpose, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our prior written consent.

Third-Party Links & Services

The Service may link to or reference third-party websites, universities, scholarship providers, or tools (for example, in blog posts, opportunity listings, or professor profiles) that we don't control. We're not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those third parties, and linking to them doesn't imply an endorsement.

Suspension & Termination

You may stop using the Service or request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, if we reasonably believe you've violated these Terms, misused the Service, or where required by law — with notice where reasonably possible.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any listed scholarship, position, or professor information is current or complete.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fanoos and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any admission, scholarship, or visa outcome, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the specific paid service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or for legal reasons. We'll post the updated version on this page with a new "last updated" date and, where changes are significant, notify you directly. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing Law & Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fanoos is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you have any questions about these Terms, contact us at fanoosapplygroup@gmail.com or 09911671579.
