About Fanoos Apply

Applying is hard — a complex, time-consuming process full of details nobody usually tells you upfront. We've been through this path closely: applied across different fields, received acceptances, and know exactly where it gets difficult. We built Fanoos because someone who has applied themselves knows where the challenges are and how to work through them.

How we help

Two paths, one goal

If you want to apply on your own

We mentor you from start to finish — from choosing country and university to preparing documents, emailing professors, interviews, and final enrollment.

If you don't have the time or capacity

We build your application — from choosing program, supervisor, and target country to delivering the final documents.

Wherever you are on the path

Consulting, document writing, professor outreach, or interview prep — you can work with us on each part separately.
